Bonjour, je m’appelle Laurence. J’ai accumulé plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine administratif et commercial au sein d’une entreprise spécialisée dans l’édition et la programmation de progiciels. Suite à mon licenciement, j’ai décidé de me réorienter professionnellement.
Mon projet de devenir praticienne en massage Amma assis est né d’une expérience personnelle. À un moment donné de ma vie, j’ai eu l’occasion de bénéficier de ce type de massage à plusieurs reprises, et j’ai pu constater ses bienfaits.
En effet, il m’a aidée à retrouver apaisement, équilibre mental et bien-être physique. Il m’est alors apparu évident de vouloir offrir cette même expérience à des personnes souffrant de stress, de tensions, ou d’épuisement physique et mental.

Technique de toucher en position assise
Le massage Amma assis est une technique de toucher qui se pratique en position assise, sur une personne habillée, le plus souvent sur une chaise ergonomique. Ces katas sont composés de pressions, d’étirements, de percussions et de balayages. Ce massage se compose en 2 phases : Le massage Amma assis est sans danger, pratique et efficace. Une séance peut durer de 5 à 30 minutes et nécessite peu d’espace. 1ere phase : Il soulage les tensions et procure une profonde détente corporelle et mentale. 2ème phase : Il redynamise la personne pour qu’elle reprenne rapidement son activité tout en étant relaxée. Le massage Amma assis est un massage non médical et ni paramédical thérapeutique.
